These terms apply to the website at voxpital.ai (the "Site"), operated by Voxpital Health, LLC ("Voxpital", "we", "us"). Use of the Voxpital application for hospital physicians and departments (the "Service") is governed by the agreement between Voxpital and the hospital that provides your access, not by these terms.
Permitted use
You may browse the Site for your own informational purposes. You may not scrape the Site, interfere with its operation, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system, or use the Site in a way that violates applicable law.
Intellectual property
The Voxpital name, logo, and the content of the Site belong to Voxpital Health, LLC or its licensors. We grant you a limited, revocable license to view the Site. Nothing on the Site transfers any ownership to you.
No medical advice
The Site is informational. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Voxpital is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and does not replace the clinical judgment of a physician. No physician-patient relationship is created by using the Site.
No warranties
The Site is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voxpital Health, LLC and its members, managers, officers, and agents are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the Site will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
